The Bridge Family Center is hiring a full time APRN with experiencing treating clients in need of mental health and psychiatric medication management. This position provides child, adolescent, and adult medication evaluations for Bridge Outpatient Clinic clients. The APRN will also oversee nursing and medication components of Bridge Residential Programs through supervision of the residential RNs and provides psychiatric evaluations for residential clients and medication management for residential clients as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outpatient Program Management
a. Conduct medication evaluations and follow-up for children, adolescents, and adults.
b. Maintain clinical records for clients in Bridge electronic recordkeeping system.
c. Provide case consultation to members of the Youth and Family Services Department.
d. Prescribe medication to clients when appropriate.
e. Respond to crisis situations when necessary.
f. Develop and implement in-service training for staff as needed.
g. Participate in internal collaboration regarding the integration of client services
Residential Program Management
a. Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for clients in residential programs, as needed.
b. Oversee medication management program through supervision with the RN as well as periodic review of MARs and program documentation.
c. Develop and implement in-service training for staff as needed.
d. Participate in licensing meetings or other DCF required meetings
e. Respond to crisis situations when necessary
Qualifications: Licensed APRN with clinical expertise in serving children, adolescents, and adults.
Skills: Expertise in conducting medication evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Knowledge of medications for children, adolescents, and adults. Ability to collaborate with Outpatient and Residential staff regarding client care. Skills in implementation of in-service training for department members as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
